Qualifcations List:
1)Must be currently working full time or have adequate provable income for rental. No self-employment. We accept W-2 income, disability , pension, and veterans benefits.
2)Must have good rental history. Good references, no eviction or must have clean rental history no court filings.
3)Credit check.
4)One year lease. Renewable with approval of landlady.
5)May accept dog under 35lbs. with extra pet security deposit and extra rent each month. Sorry no cats accepted.
6)Nothing really super bad criminal. Small criminal stuff no big deal.
