Credit scores of under 600 can be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit. -Nothing in collections is preferred but might be considered depending on accounts and amounts. -No prior evictions. -No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered. -Not accepting Section 8 vouchers.
