Please, please, please dont live here. Policies change randomly, they are always threatening to tow your car without warning and there are mice. Rent also changes randomly.
Save your money.

Seriously, if you don't want to live with MICE, don't rent any Amberson Garden apartment!!!
Since my husband and I moved into this building, we sometimes heard a sound of friction between claws and pipelines or heating systems, but didn't see any mice.
When my closest neighbors in moved out together with their big cat, I started to feel mice (it moves so fast that I can't make sure). We tried d-CON mice baits and mice ultrasonic repellent, thinking it's still acceptable if mice leave the unit... .
However, within a week, I saw the trace of mice. Following them, we find several little mouse under a corner of the carpet of a closet. Also, our luggage and all stuffs in it were ruined by mice droppings. I was scared and emailed Amberson management that we want to end out contract and move out ASAP. We also asked a reasonable compensation.
The manager Lauren came the next day, didn't apologize anything, but only blame us why we didn't report it earlier. She checked our kitchen and found all our food were properly sealed and stored in cabinet or refrigerator. The whole apartment is clean. She refused any compensation but just promise that extermination provider will come immediately.
We moved out 4 days later. Until then, no one came to deal with it. Before our leaving, we put a notice on door saying please let us know if anyone come into this apartment using any chemical or mice trap.
When I went back again, there was a dead mice in the middle of the living room. However, no one notice me about that. I asked them to move the body out. After two days, no one came to remove it so I did it myself.
By the way, Lauren, the manager, insisted that we were the first to claim there were mouse. She never heard that before. The truth is, several neighbors complained that before, and Amberson never exterminate all mice. She LIED!
During the whole process, we didn't hear any apologize.

The service is good, but they will not be responsible for any lost stuff, especially packages, so if you like online shopping, do NOT consider here, I have lost over $1000 of package (>10 orders in half year), a recent survey shows more than 20 people lost packages in these two months, but they do NOTHING, they ask you to send your packages to other places!

Great value for location, nestled into a quiet circle amberson Apartments are a jewel in the area. The towers are within a short commute to everything a young professional would be looking for. Filled with graduate students, the building is usually quiet, however my room (a studio) is spacious enough for entertaining. The management is responsive, I've had no difficulty. I would definitely recommend.
